Thirties   • Fur Trimmed Collar

from about 1930 to 1935 •
The fur collar had been a winter fashion for the second half of the nineteen twenties and more modest collars continued into the thirties.

Edwardian furs had a tedency to use the pelt of whole animals.

Fur trim was not exclusive to the late twenties early thirties but can be recognised from the overall "look".

In the thirties this look was usually set off by a short hairstyle with soft waves and a short string of pearls or beads.

Sometimes worn with a small hat.
